SVTech Consulting Services (“SVTech,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides virtual consulting and digital advisory services worldwide. By purchasing or using any SVTech offering, you (“client,” “customer,” or “user”) represent and warrant that your activities, your data, and your intended use of our deliverables comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including—but not limited to—those listed below and the requirements set forth in Stripe’s Terms of Service.

1 General Compliance Obligations

  • You agree not to request or use our services in any manner that violates federal, state, provincial, municipal, or international laws or regulations.
  • You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended application of SVTech’s advice or deliverables is lawful in your jurisdiction.
  • You will obtain all licenses, registrations, permits, or other authorizations required by any governmental body before implementing our recommendations.

2 Prohibited and Restricted Uses

SVTech refuses service or may terminate an engagement—without refund—if your project involves, facilitates, or promotes:

  1. Illegal or Illicit Activities – money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, human trafficking, or any crime.
  2. Sanctioned or Embargoed Transactions – dealings with individuals, entities, or countries subject to U.S. OFAC or other international sanctions.
  3. High-Risk Content Restricted by Stripe – including but not limited to unlicensed gambling, illicit adult content, counterfeit goods, or controlled substances.
  4. Intellectual-Property Infringement – advice or deliverables intended to violate copyright, trademark, patent, or trade-secret law.
  5. Misuse of Personal Data – any request that conflicts with data-protection statutes (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) or Stripe’s privacy requirements.

If we discover such conduct before or during an engagement, we will refuse or terminate the project. Any eligible refund is handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3 Export-Control & Technology Regulations

  • Our deliverables—including technical documentation, software prototypes, and AI workflows—may be subject to U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and comparable foreign export laws.
  • You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer any SVTech materials to prohibited destinations or parties without first obtaining all required permissions.
  • You acknowledge that consulting on encryption, AI, or advanced analytics may trigger additional licensing obligations.

4 Professional-Use Disclaimer

SVTech’s guidance is informational and educational in nature. We do not provide legal, tax, or securities advice. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on any recommendation that may have regulatory or legal implications.

5 Monitoring & Enforcement

  • We reserve the right to audit client engagements to verify compliance with this policy.
  • We cooperate fully with law-enforcement agencies, regulators, courts, and Stripe in investigations of suspected wrongdoing.
  • Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services, forfeiture of fees, and potential civil or criminal liability.

6 Updates to This Policy

We may amend these Legal Restrictions to reflect changes in law, Stripe requirements, or our service model. Material changes take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use of SVTech’s services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
